“Un Goût de France” is offering a house on two floors (ground floor, first floor) with an inside lift.
For 8 guests, 4 bedrooms (5 beds) with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms.
Le Pavillon Ponthieu is fully equipped to cater for persons with reduced mobility and wheelchairs. A lift, wide doors and spacious corridors allow easy access to every area.
Le Pavillon Ponthieu is entirely automated and you have your own entry, access to broadband internet, televisions in each room and smart air conditioning.
The Champs Elysees’ Pavillon Ponthieu has been refurbished by an architect working for “Un Goût de France” and has a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Top quality materials and furnitures have been chosen to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The house was entirely redecorated by an interior designer in 2022.
The house can accommodate 8 guests, with its 4 bedrooms, three of which have quality double beds and one room with bunk beds.
Each room has a private bathroom, two of them have their own toilet.
All the Le Pavillon Ponthieu toilets are Japanese style, for optimal hygiene.
The house has a secure entrance hall where you can leave your luggages if you arrive early or leave after 10 AM.
Le Pavillon Ponthieu is easily accessible to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchairs). A portable ramp provides wheelchairs access.
Beyond the secure entrance hall, a large corridor serves the 3 ground floor bedrooms.
The Blue bedroom
The master bedroom on the left of the corridor is adapted to people with disabilities.
It has a large bay window and is spacious and very luminous.
The large double bed and bathroom with a toilet are perfectly suited to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchairs).
The Bird room
On the right of the corridor, you will find the children’s bedroom which has comfortable bunk beds.
Its private bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. Toilets are located on the first floor (guest toilets).
The Sand room
The third room on the right of the corridor has a large double bed, bathroom and private toilets.
The Lift
At the end of the corridor, a stairway and silent lift provide access to the floor above.
The lift is silent and perfectly adapted to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchairs).
The Powdered Beige bedroom
On the first floor, you will find the fourth bedroom which also has a large double bed and a private bathroom.
The Living Area
The large first floor windows illuminate the living room and dining room. The living area is spacious, with armchairs and a sofa inviting you to relax.
A video projector offering a choice of over 300 moovies in several different languages.
The large dining room table can fit up to 8 people. It is right next to the fully equipped kitchen which has all the equipment and numerous kitchen appliances to prepare large family dinners, dinner among friends or tasty breakfasts.
If you share the values of “Un Goût de France” and you prefer to try out all the local restaurants for your meals, you will have to return to Le Pavillon Ponthieu regularly!
